Shipping costs
vary with the size of the order and destination. Contact Davida regarding
shipping/handling costs associated with purchase.
You will be contacted via e-mail or phone to confirm your order. Your order will
be shipped once the payment has cleared. (Please allow up to two weeks from the
order date). Sometimes your order may be shipped out sooner. However, on
occasion, when Davida is out of town or out of the country in search of new beads and
stones for her designs, it may take a bit longer.
Tax:
7% sales tax for Georgia residents.
Disclaimer
Occasionally, items may be sold out or temporarily unavailable. If so, we will
notify you and let you know if similar items may be available. Limited editions
and specialty items take longer to create, thereby taking longer to be shipped
to you. Gemstones and the actual pieces of jewelry may have slight variations in
size, color and cut. They may contain natural imperfections and variations that
contribute to the unique character of each piece. Designs are occasionally
created asymmetrically. This means that earrings may be different from one
another or that, in a matching set, the earrings might have a different design
than the necklace. You will be able to see this from the photographs.
Wholesale Orders:
Wholesale orders may be placed by calling or sending an
e-mail. Wholesale orders have a minimum of $500 and proof of reseller status is
required. Delivery time may vary based on order quantity.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will
gladly refund your purchase if returned within 14 days in its original packaging
including tags. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Custom orders are also
not refundable.
