"It takes courage to push yourself to places that you have never been before...to test your limits...to break through barriers.  And the day came when the risk it took to remain tight inside the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."  Anais Nin

On-Site Chair Massage
Great for the office environment, pre/post wedding events, parties, home gatherings, etc. An on-site massage is a fully clothed, seated massage in which the upper body is the primary focus (neck, shoulders, back, hands, arms, scalp, face - the choice is yours). The massage is delivered on a specially designed comfortable chair that allows you to thoroughly relax in your work environment. This form of bodywork helps to reduce stress and tension that accumulates in your body over time. Clients are amazed to find aches and pains disappear, allowing them the experience of a renewed sense of vitality and well being.

"Thank you does not seem to be enough. I feel so much better - thanks to you. Thank you for taking some time on an 'emergency' basis. You have miracle hands and I would refer you anytime. Do you do house calls?"
Laura

"After a few unpleasant experiences with previous Massage Therapists, I had decided that massage wasn't really for me. But after meeting Davida and listening to her speak, I thought I'd give her a try. Well that was it!! Many massages later, I am now hooked".

'Reach' Bodywork Class

Our life is filled with endless possibilities. However, sometimes we get caught up in the stress of everyday life and forget to take time for ourselves.

Come and join the 'Reach' Bodywork Class For Women as we take a journey into the world of creative stretching and mind/body awareness. The goal of the class is to help you learn to set time aside for yourself. Low lights, relaxing music, body awareness, creative stretching, massage techniques, guided visualization, mediation and exploring what we have to offer each other will all be a part of this experience.
